By accessing the Website or using our managed platform and related services (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part, please stop using the Services immediately.
1.1 What we do. GoEssayFlow operates as a managed platform that provides custom-written content (“Work”) to individuals and organisations (“Clients”). We achieve this by assigning tasks to our closed network of verified independent contributors (“Authors”) and conducting internal quality control before final delivery.
1.2 Permitted use.Delivered Work is provided for reference, research, and learning purposes only. Clients must not submit the Work as their own where academic or professional rules prohibit it.
1.3 Age & geography. Services are available only to users aged 18 and older who are not resident in jurisdictions subject to EU, OFAC, or FATF restrictions, or where such services are illegal. We reserve the right to block or terminate accounts from restricted areas or those belonging to minors.
2.1 Registration. Create an account with a valid email and strong password; keep credentials confidential.
2.2 Responsibility. You are responsible for all actions under your account. Report any unauthorised access to contact@goessayflow.com immediately.
2.3 Payout request security (Authors). Authors must be logged into their account and successfully authenticated to initiate a payout request. For added security, we use SSL/TLS encryption and payment-method authentication protocols (e.g., 3-D Secure).
3.1 Identity checks. To comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements, we may request identity verification (official ID and/or proof of address) for both Clients and Authors.
3.2 Prohibited activities (non-exhaustive):
4.1 Place an order. Specify topic, scope/word count, deadline, formatting, and attach references.
4.2 Assignment model. Authors are anonymous. Platform administrators vet Authors and assign orders according to their qualifications; Client selection of a specific Author is not available.
4.3 Status-only updates. To ensure strict quality control and privacy, all communication is handled by our internal support team. You can view the status of your order via your dashboard.
4.4 Client duties. Provide complete instructions and materials when submitting the order. Missing inputs may cause delays, additional fees, or scope changes.
4.5 Support channel. All queries/clarifications must be sent to contact@goessayflow.com
5.1 Currency. All prices are displayed and payable in EUR. We may update pricing prospectively; changes do not affect orders already paid.
5.2 Prepayment. Orders must be paid in full in advance (via Visa, Mastercard, or other supported methods) before the writing process begins.
5.3 Order Fulfillment. Upon receiving successful payment, the Platform assumes full responsibility for fulfilling the order, managing the Author, conducting internal reviews, and delivering the final Work within the agreed timeframe.
6.1 Eligibility. Payouts for completed tasks are credited to the internal balances of verified Authors and can be withdrawn provided their accounts are in good standing and they do not reside in prohibited jurisdictions.
6.2 Earnings & Processing. Funds are credited to the Author’s balance only after the submitted text passes our internal quality check and is delivered to the Client. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 3–5 business days; timelines may vary by payment method.
6.3 Limits & fees (EUR). Minimum payout is €10; maximum per transaction is €5,000. Processing fees may apply and are disclosed before confirmation. The Company is not responsible for intermediary bank fees.
6.4 Declines & Holds. Payouts may be declined or withheld due to: incomplete KYC; unsupported payment methods; policy violations (e.g., plagiarism); or disputes regarding the quality of the submitted text.
6.5 Disputes. Any dispute related to payout processing must be submitted to contact@goessayflow.com within 14 days from the transaction date.
7.1 Revisions. Clients are entitled to free revisions if the delivered Work deviates from the original instructions. Revision requests must be submitted within 14 days from the Delivery Date (the date the final Work is uploaded to the Client's dashboard). Mid-course changes or scope extensions not included in the original brief may incur additional fees.
7.2 Refunds (Granted). A refund may be granted in cases of: non-delivery; significant deviation from the original instructions that cannot be fixed via revision; or technical issues preventing completion. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days from the Delivery Date.
7.3 Refunds (Not Granted). Refunds will not be issued for: dissatisfaction with personal grades or institutional outcomes; delays caused by the Client failing to supply necessary materials on time; misuse of the Work for academic dishonesty; or any requests made after the 14-day post-delivery window has expired.
7.4 Timing. Approved refunds are processed by the payment provider within 3–6 business days.
8.1 Ownership. All rights in the Work remain with GoEssayFlow until the Work is officially delivered to the Client and the 14-day revision period has concluded without disputes.
8.2 Licence grant. Upon delivery of the Work, the Client receives a non-exclusive licence for lawful personal, reference, or organisational use.
8.3 Prohibitions. You may not resell, publicly distribute, or claim legal authorship of the Work.
9.1 Zero-tolerance on plagiarism. You must not present the Work as your own academic submission, infringe IP, or violate institutional rules.
We process only the data necessary to operate the platform. Details appear in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal data; disclosures occur only where required by law or essential to provide the Services.
We may suspend or close accounts without notice for fraud, chargebacks, policy breaches, harassment of our staff, or attempts to circumvent platform security and communication controls.
Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee specific grades, institutional approval, uninterrupted platform availability, or that outcomes will perfectly match subjective expectations beyond the provided instructions.
13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data, or delays due to external factors (including internet/network outages).
13.2 Payout processors. The Company is not liable for any delays, failures, or issues in payout delivery caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Disputes shall be resolved before the competent courts of Hungary. Class or collective actions are excluded unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
We may amend these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
